in another state (NC) (during the Depression of 1930's) and he had

written the words to this song on a peice of paper and gave it

to her...later he told her he had written it again and sent it to someone

on the Grand Ole Opry in Tennessee and they recorded it and signed 'their'

name on it as the author. )))
