I'm a Rome, Georgia girl...became a Christian in August,1948, joined Mark MacDonald Baptist Church, Pastor, Rev. Herman Manning...Graduated from Rome high School in 1951...Married in 1951...Worked at Lockheed Aircraft, Marietta, Ga...Three children were born to CW & me...Joined Curryville Baptist Church, Calhoun, Ga. in 1972, still go to church there, we moved from Rome to Calhoun in 1966. I'm very contented and happy and LOVE LIFE! and I love The Lord Jesus Christ with all my heart, and soul, and mind, and strength...My heart's desire is to please the Lord each day...and live as a testimony of HIS GREAT LOVE!

I remember that song from my childhood and it is so true. Every day with Jesus is sweeter than the day before!!!!
Thanks for the visit and nice comment. Fried apple pies must be a Georgia thing. My mama,from the Toccoa area, made some delicious ones.
